El Patrimonio cultural inmaterial está conformado por los bienes inmuebles, muebles, inmateriales y naturales que son expresión de manifestaciones y actividades culturales (formas de vida, usos sociales, conocimientos, festividades, actividades y modos de trabajo, creencias, lenguas, etc.) vinculadas a un pueblo, y que constituyen una expresión significativa y relevante del mismo. La ciudad de Ceuta posee un rico y variado patrimonio cultural inmaterial, además del histórico y del natural, como ciudad de frontera situada entre dos mares, en la que la diversidad constituye una de sus principales señas de identidad.
