Desde la Cátedra de Igualdad y Agenda 2030 del Centro Asociado de Dénia se ha lanzado una nueva iniciativa, enmarcada en el programa europeo CERV, llamada "¡Her Voice, Her Power, Our Future! Women Leading the Way to Sustainability", que reúne a nueve ciudades europeas para promover el empoderamiento de las mujeres para que participen en la vida cívica y en roles de liderazgo en la creación de políticas locales verdes y sostenibles en toda la Unión Europea.

La mesa de la experiencia pretende dar a conocer las diferentes acciones positivas entorno al medio ambiente, la sostenibilidad, y la participación de las mujeres, así como de las empresas, el tercer sector y la universidad. La participación de las mujeres no sólo contribuiría a aumentar y consolidar su participación social, sino también a situar iniciativas europeas como el Instituto Europeo de la Igualdad de Género (EIGE), la estrategia europea para la igualdad entre hombres y mujeres, la nueva Bauhaus europea y el Pacto Verde Europeo como medida de cohesión social en una Europa inclusiva.

From the Chair of Equality and Agenda 2030 of the Associated Center of Dénia, a new initiative has been launched, framed in the European CERV program, called "Her Voice, Her Power, Our Future! Women leading the way towards sustainability", , which brings together nine European cities to promote the empowerment of women to participate in civic life and in leadership roles in the creation of green and sustainable local policies across the European Union.

The experience table aims to publicize the different positive actions around the environment, sustainability, and the participation of women, as well as companies, the third sector and the university. The participation of women would not only contribute to increasing and consolidating their social participation, but also to situate European initiatives such as the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE), the european strategy for equality between men and women, the new European Bauhaus and the European Green Pact as a measure of social cohesion in an inclusive Europe.
