El curso tiene por objeto dar una visión práctica del procedimiento administrativo, recursos administrativos, contratos y subvenciones, desde el mayor número de perspectivas posibles planteando los problemas más frecuentes y explicando las soluciones de los mismos por la Jurisprudencia.

EL CURSO SE RETRANSMITE POR VIDEOCONFERENCIA ENTRE LAS SEDES DEL CENTRO DE BALEARES EN MALLORCA, MENORCA E IBIZA, ASÍ MISMO MEDIANTE INTERNET EN DIRECTO CON ACCESO RESTRINGIDO PARA AQUELLAS PERSONAS QUE NO SE DESPLACEN A LAS INSTALACIONES DEL CENTRO ASOCIADO.
