Reflexión histórico-jurídica de los principios de tolerancia e Igualdad en el derecho español.

INSTRUCCIONES DIRECTO DIFERIDO 2015

Este curso presenta, desde el punto de vista histórico-jurídico, un análisis que pretende reflexionar acerca de la evolución y los matices adquiridos en el concepto “tolerancia” a través de diversos acontecimientos y sucesos del pasado, con el objeto de definir su concreción conceptual por la UNESCO que lo ha reivindicado como un principio de integración para erradicar las diferencias sociales y jurídicas mediante el respeto, aceptación y aprecio de la diversidad cultural.

Dicha reflexión se abordará desde el punto de vista histórico-jurídico dado que la idea de “tolerancia” ha ido evolucionando y adquiriendo diferente matices hasta su más cabal definición actual.
