En este curso abordaremos el binomio alimentación y ejercicio físico como pilares fundamentales en la mejora y el mantenimiento de la salud, para todas las personas y a cualquier edad. Contribuyen a reducir el riesgo de algunas de las enfermedades más prevalentes como cardiovasculares, obesidad o hipertensión sin olvidar que en conjunto mejora la calidad de vida.
Modificaciones básicas de los hábitos cotidianos pueden influir en la forma física pero también, y es lo más importante, ejercer efectos muy positivos para la salud.
