Las Smart cities o ciudades eficientes o ciudades supereficientes, buscan un nuevo concepto de desarrollo ciudadano y de sostenibilidad eficaz con nuevos modelos de gestión que respondan a las demandas de la ciudadanía del siglo XXI.
