La violencia política ha sido un fenómeno recurrente en la España contemporánea. Aunque las guerras civiles, desde las carlistas del siglo XIX hasta la iniciada en 1936, constituyen la manifestación de violencia más significativa, no se puede ignorar la incidencia que los fenómenos violentos de menor magnitud, como insurrecciones revolucionarias, atentados terroristas y acciones guerrilleras, han tenido en nuestra historia. En definitiva, el curso pretende analizar estas acciones violentas desde el rigor de la investigación histórica.
